Kelli Snowberger was inducted into the World Karate Union Hall of Fame on June 26th, 2010 as Founder of the Year for her self-defense program that focus's on women's self-defense. Her program, Women to Women Safety and Awareness, is one of the few programs that is only for women and taught only by women. The formal event was held in Mt. Pocono, PA. Kelli is a 6th degree Black Belt and ranks as a Master ranking in martial arts. She co-owns Snow's MIxed Martial Arts in Delphi, Indiana.
On Saturday August 1st 2009 seven members of Snow's Mixed Martial Arts were inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame. This ceremony was held at the Grand Sheridan Hotel in Nashville, Tenn. Under the direction of Professor Marty Cale and the International Martial Arts Council of America. The inducted members were Master Jim Snowberger, a 6th degree Black Belt from Delphi, as Outstanding Master instructor of the year. Master Kelli Snowberger, a 4th degree Black Belt from Delphi, as Master Instructor of the year. Jimmy Snowberger, a 3rd degree Black Belt from Delphi, as Instructor of the year. Vance Larimer, a 2nd degree Black Belt from Brookston, as Outstanding Martial Artist, Joe Bryant, a 2nd degree Black Belt from Lafayette, as Outstanding Martial Artist, Lori Larimer, a 1st degree Black Belt from Brookston, as Outstanding Martial Artist, and Melissa DeMello, a 1st degree Black Belt from Delphi, as Outstanding Martial Artist. This Honor is given to Martial Artists after being nominated and their achievements have been reviewed by the International Martial Arts Council of America. Snow's Mixed Martial Arts is one of the few schools in the United States to hold the honor of having seven instructors in the same school that have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
